Mich. Group’s Wind Farm Fight Heads For Oral Arguments

Law360, New York (January 3, 2012, 3:30 PM EST) -- A Michigan judge will hear oral arguments Wednesday from a group fighting the construction of seven meteorological towers related to a wind farm, which will bolster the group’s attempt to block the entire project, it said Tuesday.
