Law360, New York (July 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee overseeing Global Power Equipment Group Inc.'s Chapter 11 proceedings has found fault with the debtors' bid to retain consultants who may serve as expert witnesses, objecting to what she sees as a lack of detail about the services the consultants would provide and at what rate.
U.S. Trustee Kelly Beaudin Stapleton lodged her objection Monday, saying that the debtors' motion for court approval to retain the consultants shouldn't be approved in its present form.
