Court Of First Instance Sets Date For Microsoft Ruling

Law360, New York (July 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Though the extended antitrust battle between Microsoft Corp. and the European Commission has recently cooled off, it may heat up again in September, when Europe's second highest court will rule on whether Microsoft will have to pay a €497 million fine for antitrust violations.
