Italian Oil Firms Settle Probe Into Petrol Price-Fixing

Law360 (July 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Eight big Italian fuel companies have agreed to open up their networks and take measures to increase market transparency to settle the national competition watchdog's probe into allegations that they were fixing their petrol pump prices.
