Law360, New York (January 4, 2012, 8:11 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Tuesday allowed environmental groups to continue with a lawsuit against a FirstEnergy Corp. affiliate over alleged arsenic pollution at a West Virginia power plant, rejecting the company's contention that the matter would be better handled at the state level.
