ITC Launches Probe Into Alleged Sex Toy Knockoffs

Law360, New York (January 4, 2012, 7:13 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will launch an investigation of certain “kinesiotherapy devices” and their components following allegations by a sex toy manufacturer that several companies are infringing its patents for its line of adult devices, the ITC said Wednesday.
