Hogan Lovells Snags EPA Civil Enforcement Director

Law360, New York (January 5, 2012, 8:37 PM EST) -- Hogan Lovells has lured the director of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's civil enforcement office, Adam Kushner, to join its Washington office as a partner, the law firm said Thursday.

Kushner brings nearly 30 years of experience in environmental regulation and litigation to Hogan Lovells' environmental practice group.
