Ousted Olympus CEO Sues Over Dismissal

Law360, New York (January 6, 2012, 1:23 PM EST) -- Former Olympus Corp. CEO Michael Woodford — who blew the whistle in a merger fee scandal now under criminal investigation — has abandoned his efforts to again head the embattled company, which he is now suing, news reports said Friday.
