FDA To Test Orange Juice In Wake Of Fungicide Finding

Law360, New York (January 9, 2012, 8:43 PM EST) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said Monday it would start testing orange juice for traces of the fungicide carbendazim, after a juice company told the FDA that it had detected low levels of the chemical in its and competitors' products.
