French Antitrust Bureau To Probe Oracle Over HP Gripes

Law360, New York (January 10, 2012, 4:44 PM EST) -- France's competition regulator will investigate accusations by Hewlett-Packard Co. that Oracle Corp. is improperly trying to squeeze it out of the high-end corporate server market, but it won't take any immediate action against Oracle over HP's claims, the agency announced Tuesday.
