EU Set To Rule On $10B Deutsche Boerse, NYSE Tie-Up

Law360, New York (January 10, 2012, 7:35 PM EST) -- The European Commission is set to make a final ruling on the proposed $9.7 billion merger between Deutsche Boerse AG and NYSE Euronext by Feb. 9, and the regulator has yet to provide the companies with any official decision despite reports to the contrary, they said Tuesday.
