Ex-Boeing Worker Pleads Not Guilty To E-Trespassing

Law360, New York (July 18, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former employee of aerospace giant Boeing Co. has pled not guilty to 16 counts of computer trespass that were brought against him by a Seattle county prosecutor last week, after he allegedly leaked sensitive internal documents to the media in May 2006.

Gerald Lee Eastman, a quality assurance inspector at the company's Seattle-based propulsion division, was arrested and jailed in May 2006 and subsequently fired, the latest fallout over security breaches at Boeing.
