Employers Slam DOL's Revised SOX Whistleblower Rules

Law360, New York (January 19, 2012, 7:13 PM EST) -- Critics of the U.S. Department of Labor's plan to implement new Sarbanes-Oxley Act whistleblower complaint procedures have slammed the agency's interim final rules, saying in public comments that two provisions in particular are unfairly weighted in favor of workers with beefs against their bosses.
