Insurer Tries To Dodge Defending Avastin Distributor

Law360, New York (January 11, 2012, 9:33 PM EST) -- Western Heritage Insurance Co. on Wednesday sued InfuPharma LLC in Florida federal court requesting judgment that it has no duty to defend the pharmaceutical distributor in suits alleging InfuPharma improperly compounded Genentech Inc.'s cancer drug Avastin, leading to eye injury and blindness.
