New CFTC Swaps Rules No Easy Fix In MF Global Era

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 8:23 PM EST) -- While the new swaps protection rules passed by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Wednesday address certain aspects of derivatives regulations, they leave unanswered some critical questions about the post-MF Global Inc. landscape that could signal more regulations to come, experts said.
