Fed. Circ. Won’t Let Bryan Cave Out Of AIA Patent Case

Law360, San Diego (January 12, 2012, 10:42 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit held Thursday that a lower court had not abused its discretion by refusing to allow Bryan Cave LLP to withdraw from representing the Alzheimer’s Institute of America Inc. in its case accusing Avid Radiopharmaceuticals Inc. of infringing patents covering Alzheimer’s disease detection.
