Cypress, Nokia Siemens Settle ITC Memory Patent Fight

Law360, New York (January 12, 2012, 8:33 PM EST) -- Cypress Semiconductor Corp. and Nokia Siemens Networks BV asked the U.S. International Trade Commission Wednesday to sign off on their deal settling Cypress' patent infringement claims over static random access memory.

Cypress, Nokia Siemens, and Nokia Siemens' U.S. unit lodged a renewed motion to terminate the ITC's probe after they reached an agreement in November to settle all of their disputes in the case.
