Fanning 1st Amendment Rights For Religious Groups

U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Cheryl Perich, widely viewed as one of the most important religious liberties cases to reach the court in decades.

The Supreme Court affirmed a religious school’s First Amendment right to fire a teacher without its employment decision being subjected to scrutiny under the federal and state anti-discrimination laws.
