Insurers Defeat Ex-Coke Unit's Asbestos Coverage Claims

Law360, New York (January 13, 2012, 8:56 PM EST) -- A Wisconsin state judge on Friday shot down a former Coca-Cola Co. subsidiary's attempts to force three insurance companies to provide equal coverage for defense costs against asbestos-related claims, as one of the insurers' policies contained no defense obligation.
