Wash. Gov., AGs Back Health Care Law In Supreme Court

Law360, New York (January 13, 2012, 7:04 PM EST) -- The governor of Washington and 11 attorneys general on Friday became the latest to throw their support behind the health care reform law's mandate that individuals buy health insurance, filing amicus briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court.

Washington Gov. Christine Gregoire, Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley and attorneys general representing nine states and the District of Columbia each filed separate briefs in support of the U.S. Department of Justice.
