High Court Won't Hear Okla. City's Electricity Tying Case

Law360, New York (January 17, 2012, 5:36 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday declined to consider an appeal lodged by the city of Newkirk, Okla., in which the municipality sought to overturn a Tenth Circuit ruling that revived an electric company's antitrust suit against Newkirk.
