NLRB Lacks Quorum To Enforce Posting Rule, Group Says

Law360, San Diego (January 17, 2012, 9:33 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board can’t enforce its rule requiring employers to post a sign informing workers of their right to unionize because President Barack Obama’s recess appointments to the labor board were in violation of the U.S. Constitution, a group of plaintiffs said in Washington federal court Friday.
