Law360, New York (July 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has reportedly declined to rule on a motion to dismiss criminal charges against former Brocade Communication Systems Inc. CEO Gregory Reyes, who allegedly failed to disclose the costs of backdated stock options paid to company employees.
