Chrysler Owes Unemployment After Buyouts: Ind. Court

Law360, New York (January 19, 2012, 8:24 PM EST) -- Indiana's highest court on Thursday rejected Chrysler Group LLC's appeal of a state labor board's ruling that the automaker must pay out unemployment benefits to workers who accepted a voluntary buyout program offered by Chrysler as the company struggled to survive.

Indiana Supreme Court Justice Randall T.
