Kirkland's London Chief Jumps Ship For American PE Firm

Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 9:14 PM EST) -- Kirkland & Ellis International LLP's veteran London office chief will resign to take a post at an unnamed U.S. private equity firm, Kirkland announced Monday.

James Learner, a corporate partner who serves on Kirkland's Global Management Executive Committee, will leave the firm in August, according to Kirkland.
