Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 7:38 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday affirmed a ruling that rejected a request by a partner in Jack Abramoff’s lobbying scandal to modify his plea agreement, which had required him to pay some $20 million in restitution to victims of their scheme.
