Ethan Allen Can’t Share In Chinese Furniture Duties: CIT

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 6:29 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Friday shot down Ethan Allen Global Inc.'s suit seeking a cut of anti-dumping duties imposed on Chinese furniture imports, saying the company lost its rights to the money when it failed to support the investigation.
