Blue Castle Gets Utah Water Rights For $18B Nuke Plant

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 7:14 PM EST) -- A Utah state agency approved on Friday two water rights applications that bring power company Blue Castle Holdings Inc. one step closer to building what could be the nation's first new nuclear plant in more than 30 years.
