Mass. Court Must Hear Driver Classification Suit: 1st Circ.

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 8:13 PM EST) -- The First Circuit on Friday determined that a Massachusetts federal court had erred in refusing to consider an employee classification suit brought by a delivery trade organization against the state, saying that the lower court had misapplied an abstention rule.
