Ex-Kaplan Director Forced To Yield Student Data Docs

Law360, New York (January 20, 2012, 7:22 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge ordered a former Kaplan University director to cough up documents Friday in a suit claiming he and a colleague had violated contracts, along with computer fraud and trade secrets laws, by stealing information about more than 750,000 prospective students.
