Pfizer Faces Class Action Over Employee Data Leak

Law360 (July 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Pfizer Inc. has been slapped with a proposed class action by employees whose personal information, including social security and telephone numbers, was leaked when company files containing details for some 17,000 workers were released.
