Kimberly-Clark Can’t Take Diaper IP Ruling To High Court

Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 4:49 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court refused Monday to examine the Federal Circuit's test for issuing preliminary injunctions in patent cases, rejecting a bid from Kimberly-Clark Worldwide Inc. to reinstate a ruling barring First Quality Baby Products LLC from infringing several diaper manufacturing patents.

The justices denied Kimberly-Clark's petition for a writ of certiorari without comment.
