USDA Unveils New Application System, Egg Export Rules

Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 5:20 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture on Monday floated a proposal to revamp regulations for exported egg products and to charge exporters for a new electronic system that would allow them to manage meat, poultry and egg export applications and certificates more efficiently.
