Mediator's Evidence Can Prove NLRB Wrong, DC Circ. Hears

Law360, Washington (January 23, 2012, 3:39 PM EST) -- American Standard Cos. Inc. told the D.C. Circuit on Monday that the National Labor Relations Board's finding that it failed to bargain to impasse with its union for a new contract is contravened by the evidence of a mediator who was barred from testifying in board proceedings.
