Fed. Circ. Affirms Chemist's Win In LCD Patent Ownership Case

Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 5:18 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday rejected Kent State University's challenge of a decision that agreed with a chemist who asserted that he was wrongly omitted as a named inventor on a patent related to compounds meant to improve the performance of liquid crystal displays.
