Raw Milk Advocates Can't Beat Ban On Interstate Sales

Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 6:37 PM EST) -- An Iowa federal judge on Monday refused to preliminarily lift a federal ban on the interstate sale of raw milk — which U.S. regulators have deemed unsafe — in a lawsuit claiming the regulation violates fundamental privacy rights.
