Latham & Watkins' Year-End Bonuses Peak At $54K

Law360, New York (January 23, 2012, 9:47 PM EST) -- Latham & Watkins LLP will hand out year-end bonuses of up to $54,000 for eighth-year associates, in a scale that tops the 2011 associate bonus benchmark set by New York law firm Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP, the firm confirmed Monday.

Latham’s first-year associates from the class of 2010 will get $8,000 in year-end bonuses, while its second-year associates will get $11,500, its third-year associates will receive $21,000, its fourth-year associates will take home $29,000, fifth-year associates will get $35,000, sixth-year associates will receive $42,000, seventh-year...
