Alstom, Drax Tap UK Gas Co. For Carbon-Capture Project

Law360, New York (January 24, 2012, 2:05 PM EST) -- French engineering giant Alstom SA and U.K. power provider Drax Group PLC have selected BOC Ltd., a British gas and equipment supplier, to co-develop a 426-megawatt carbon-capture and storage project in northern England, the companies said Tuesday.
