UK Invites Industry Feedback On Private Fund Bonus Code

Law360, New York (January 24, 2012, 4:08 PM EST) -- The U.K. Financial Services Authority has asked the European private fund industry for feedback on potential bonus rules for hedge and private equity fund managers as it prepares to implement new European Union regulations on private funds, according to a discussion paper released Tuesday.
