Ky. Can't Force AT&T To Supply Competitors: 6th Circ.

Law360, New York (January 24, 2012, 3:32 PM EST) -- The Sixth Circuit on Tuesday upheld a lower court’s ruling that a Kentucky utilities overseer cannot order an AT&T Inc. unit to assist local telephone companies with their infrastructure as initially set out by a federal regulation designed to spur competition.
