Law360, New York (January 24, 2012, 8:54 PM EST) -- Canon Inc. took aim at a slew of companies, including Nukote Inc., Office World Inc. and Clover Holdings Inc., in a U.S. International Trade Commission complaint on Monday, accusing them of violating U.S. trade law by selling or importing toner cartridges and parts that infringe two patents.
The ITC complaint, filed by Tokyo-based Canon and two subsidiaries, also said that lawsuits over the two patents were being filed concurrently in federal court in New York.
