Group Says DOT's Hidden Video Shows Prius Defect

Law360, New York (January 25, 2012, 1:49 PM EST) -- A car safety advocacy group said Tuesday it was suing the U.S. Department of Transportation in a bid to pry video and other information from the agency that allegedly shows a government official's Toyota Prius accelerating uncontrollably, possibly because of an electronics malfunction.
