Plaintiffs Accuse Novartis Of Violating Court Order

Law360, New York (July 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The plaintiffs steering committee of the Arendia and Zometa litigation have asked a judge to sanction Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. for allegedly failing to obey a court order to provide discovery in the case.

In a motion filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, the steering committee asked a judge for attorney's fees connected with the motion and an order to compel discovery that “has already been ordered by this court.”
