ADA Enforcement Brought In Big Money In FY 2011: EEOC

Law360, New York (January 25, 2012, 5:09 PM EST) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission obtained a record $455.6 million in relief for workers in fiscal year 2011, with the agency’s enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act producing the highest increase in monetary relief from the previous year, it said Wednesday.
