DOJ Must Turn Over Docs In $700M Superfund Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (January 26, 2012, 5:01 PM EST) -- A Wisconsin federal judge on Thursday ordered the U.S. Department of Justice to turn over documents in a Freedom of Information Act request by companies fighting a $700 million suit over cleanup of the Lower Fox River Superfund site, finding communications between attorneys were not privileged.
