VA Hit With Massive Class Action

Law360 (July 23, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Two nonprofit veterans groups filed a class action Monday against the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and several government officials for allegedly violating the constitutional and statutory rights of veterans by mishandling claims for health care and disability benefits.
