BLM Sets Wyo. Coal Mining Auction As Market Booms

Law360, New York (January 27, 2012, 12:47 PM EST) -- The U.S. Bureau of Land Management is set to auction off rights to mine 400 million tons of coal in Wyoming as part of a leasing push that has already poured tens of billions of dollars into state and federal coffers, the agency announced Thursday.
