3 Convicted In Illegal Demolition Of Asbestos-Laden Plant

Law360, New York (January 30, 2012, 7:19 PM EST) -- A Tennessee federal jury on Monday convicted three men and a company of illegally demolishing a factory that contained large amounts of asbestos, in violation of the Clean Air Act, and trying to cover up their activities.
