Seyfarth Shaw Not Liable For Ex-Client's Post Deal Suits

Law360, New York (January 31, 2012, 4:14 PM EST) -- Seyfarth Shaw LLP emerged victorious Monday after a Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court jury found it not liable on all counts in a malpractice suit alleging the firm failed to protect logistics company and former client PCG Trading LLC from numerous employment suits after it acquired another company, attorneys said.

Robert J. Muldoon Jr. of Sherin & Lodgen LLP, who represents Seyfarth, praised the 13-member jury’s decision and called it a “100 percent” win for Seyfarth.
