Spanish Court Upholds Lipitor Patent

Law360 (July 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Spanish court has handed drug maker Pfizer Inc. a partial victory in its ongoing battle against a generic version of blockbuster cholesterol drug Lipitor, upholding one patent for the main ingredient in the drug and invalidating another.
